I’ve used this app to heal myself and others for years

I utilize this app for my self manual and movement practice, typically 3 to 5 days a week. I have been doing since 2015 I believe. It doesn’t get old!

Music and Chakra explanations are in two unconnected spaces. There is music for each Chakra but no guided meditation for that Chakra. You have to stop the meditation music in order to read about the Chakra. Info on each Chakra is quite basic- I was hoping for more insight and guidance for meditation. Hey - I guess you get what you pay for at 2 bucks.

I love the music. At first time I had time understanding the settings, but once I did it went smoothly. Great app.

Wonderful sound tracks with detailed Chakra descriptions. The mandalas are vibrant and invigorating.

It's been hugely helpful in a short period of time I've used it! For myself, on many fronts, I continue to be hopeful as I delve further into it my heart, body & mind will heal & flourish once again. Here's to strength & perseverance in meditation.

I knew the sacral chakra music sounded happily familiar- it's basically Aerith's Theme or something similar off the Final Fantasy VII soundtrack 😂😂❤️

Just became a Reiki Level 1 and wanted to have a app I could use for a quick reference about the Chakras and some calming music. Pleasantly surprised and happy I purchased.
